TOPIC: SAVING THE PROMINENT WITH EXCELLENCE
SCRIPTURE: Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Matthew5:14,16
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Not everyone speaks, and people listen; but when you excel, you become a voice that cannot be ignored.
It has been confirmed that God is not willing for any soul to be lost (2Peter 3:9). It is not the will of God for the rich, the poor, the wicked, etc. to perish. Every lost sinner in hell is an irreplaceable loss to God. For every soul that is lost in hell, something inside God is irreplaceably lost. Why? Because God breathed into man the breath of life for man to become a living soul; and every sinner you see has an investment of the breath of God in them.
Now, it is important to note that the rich and influential are a part of what we call the un-reached people group. You can easily preach to your classmates, neighbours in your neighbourhood, etc. but when was the last time someone sat a governor, a president, a senator, or a billionaire down, and preached to them? The rich, the influential, people on top are highly unreached by the gospel. And because the right people don’t have access to them, the wrong people connect them to the occults. But there is an answer.
Now, how do we reach these people and bring them to the kingdom, so they don’t get eternally lost? They can be reached at the frequency of excellence and distinction. It takes the excellent to reach the prominent. Excellence and distinction in life give a person both voice and influence on earth. Not everyone speaks and people listen; but when you excel, you become a voice that cannot be ignored (Ecclesiastes 9:16). It takes people who are up to talk to others who are also up in life.
Beloved, be angry with mediocrity. Ask God for help to do what it takes to rise to the top so you can minister the gospel to lost souls in high places.
Remember this: Not everyone speaks, and people listen; but when you excel, you become a voice that cannot be ignored.
ASSIGNMENT (S):
1. Make up your mind to be stand out by excellence; build yourself to such a level that no one can claim ignorance of your relevance.
2. Reach out to the prominent, people in authority and preach the gospel to them.
Pray for the salvation of lost souls including the prominent, those in authority.
PRAYER: Lord, baptism me with the Spirit of excellence. Help me to reach out to lost souls that are unreached and let them be convicted by the power of the Holy Spirit, Lord in Jesus’ Name.

ABOUT: Dr. Paul Enenche is a distinguished Nigerian pastor, medical doctor, gospel singer, and author. He is the founder and senior pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC), headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. Born on June 4, 1968, in Otukpo, Benue State, he transitioned from a medical career to full-time ministry in 1996, following a divine calling. Under his leadership, DIGC has grown into one of Nigeria’s largest Pentecostal churches, with its main auditorium, the Glory Dome, seating over 100,000 people .
